A Little Note Before You Orderย 
At Calypso, most of our pieces are made to order, especially for you. Each garment is crafted with care and attention once your order is placed โ€” which means itโ€™s created just for you!
We kindly ask that you double-check your size, colour, and style choices before placing your order, as production begins soon after we receive it. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and keep our slow-fashion process sustainable.

Exchanges
If youโ€™d like to exchange an item, please let us know within 5 working days of receiving your parcel.
To qualify for an exchange:
โ€ข ย  ย Your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as you received it.
โ€ข ย  ย It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Please note there is a R120.00 exchange fee to cover handling and courier costs.

Returns
We want you to love your Calypso pieces! If something isnโ€™t quite right, you have 5 working days from receiving your order to request a return.
After 5 working days, unfortunately weโ€™re unable to accept returns.
To be eligible for a return:
โ€ข ย  ย The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
โ€ข ย  ย A R120.00 handling fee applies to all returns.

Latent Defects / Oops! Somethingโ€™s Not Right?
Every item is lovingly inspected before it leaves our studio, but if you happen to receive a damaged item or if thereโ€™s been a mix-up with your order, please open your parcel as soon as it arrives and check everythingโ€™s perfect.
If thereโ€™s an issue, just contact us within 5 working days โ€” weโ€™ll make it right by arranging a replacement garment for you as quickly as possible.
Please note we canโ€™t assist with claims made outside this timeframe.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned or exchanged items have reached us, our team will inspect them and send you an email confirmation.
Please make sure your name and contact details are clearly marked on the parcel.
If your return is approved (and the item is in perfect, resellable condition):
โ€ข ย  ย Weโ€™ll issue you a voucher for the full value of the returned item(s).
โ€ข ย  ย If youโ€™d prefer a refund, just send us your bank details, and weโ€™ll process it for you within 14 business days.

ย Please note:
โ€ข ย  ย Sale items canโ€™t be refunded or exchanged.
โ€ข ย  ย Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds.
